Helping institutions, developers, investors, public authorities and contractors to deliver major infrastructure and property development projects is central to BLP’s business. Our construction practice, which includes an integrated commercial and contentious capability, is one of the most highly regarded and largest dedicated construction and engineering teams operating internationally.

Major industry players continue to rely on our expertise, commercial and technical competence in procurement strategy, contract structures and negotiation of construction contracts, PFI/PPP project agreements, development funding arrangements, risk management advice and the resolution of disputes via arbitration, mediation, international arbitration, litigation and other forms of dispute resolution to deliver complex, high-profile projects relating to commercial property, roads and bridges, sports stadia, hotels, hospitals, process/manufacturing facilities, energy, education and other infrastructure.

With experience and projects stretching across three continents and across every stage in the construction lifecycle, our practice has been tier-one ranked by leading legal directories for the past 8 years and remains, in our opinion, the best choice of adviser for those construction and engineering projects that are important to your business.

Clients, including 12 of the world’s major banks and over 50 other Global Fortune 500 or FTSE 100 companies, rely on BLP’s lawyers for clear, pragmatic legal advice to help them achieve their commercial objectives.
